SPEAKER ANNOUNCEMENT #2 – Spring Forum 2026
30.03.2026
We are delighted to welcome a special research perspective to this year’s Spring Forum: Emily Kate Genatowski, experimental AI researcher and PhD candidate at the University of Vienna.
In her talk, “Cohabiting with a Humanoid Robot: When Experimental Research Meets Everyday Life,” she will share insights into an extraordinary research project exploring everyday interactions between humans and humanoid robots.
After completing her studies at Harvard and Columbia, she now focuses on the societal, regulatory, and cultural questions surrounding AI and robotics. At the heart of her current project is an experiment: living together with a humanoid robot to better understand the relationship between humans and machines in daily life.
At the Spring Forum, she will not only bring her research perspective — her robot “Tova” will also be on site.
