WU Campus Recruiting Days

Sourcing International had a great time hosting a recruiting event at the Campus Recruiting Days. Five talented candidates from WU attended the event, which kicked off with an introduction to our company followed by a presentation of two case studies that really got the candidates’ wheels turning. They were given the opportunity to choose which case study they wanted to work on and were divided into two groups based on their choice.

The groups then spent the next hour discussing the case studies, developing solutions and deciding on the best way to present them. They were encouraged to think outside the box and let their imagination run wild. At the end of the hour, each group presented their solution to the rest of the attendees.

We were extremely satisfied with the level of engagement and creativity shown by the candidates. It was clear that they put a lot of thought and effort into their presentations, and they were able to articulate their ideas well.

Overall, the recruiting event was a huge success and an absolute blast for everyone involved. We were able to introduce our company to a group of skilled candidates, and they had the opportunity to showcase their skills and abilities in a fun and interactive setting. We can’t wait to participate in the Campus Recruiting Days again in the future and continue building relationships with the next generation of business professionals!
