Martin Andenmatten

Martin Andenmatten is chairman of the advisory board for EuroCloud Switzerland, He is also founder and CEO of Glenfis AG (est. 1999) and manages complex cloud and sourcing management projects for numerous national and international clients, with a focus on service integration and management in multi-provider environments. His practical experience covers aspects from current state analyses of governance and service management processes through development and operation of new operating models (Target Operation Models) all the way to certification readiness (ISO/IEC 20000, ISO/IEC 27001). In addition, he is a course instructor for the successful Cloud Foundation, Sourcing Foundation and StarAudit, as well as for ITIL®, ISO 20000 and COBIT training courses. He has shared his practical experience as editor and author in his books “ISO 20000: Praxishandbuch für Servicemanagement und IT-Governance – Services managen mit ITIL” and “COBIT 5 Grundlagen”.
