Her knowledge in areas such as recruiting and change management supports modern personnel management even in dynamic times. Through her professional experience in Austrian corporations, she has been able to assist in the analysis and optimization of various processes.

In her current master’s studies in Strategic Management & Logistics, Lisa focuses on leveraging the opportunities of digital transformation and making strategic decisions that consider economic, ecological, and social goals, particularly in logistics processes. Thanks to her structured and meticulous approach, she contributes to optimizing processes and ensuring smooth operations at Sourcing International.
