Problem

The use of generic tools, such as documenting decisions in Word on a file-server, has significant shortcomings. The lack of proper collaboration tools, tracking, and traceability is leading to inconsistent execution of Cloud-Compliance, -Governance and -Management processes.

Solution and process

We have analyzed our clients’ pain points, like fragmented responsibilities and practices that favor doing things all over again project by project and a lack of enthusiasm for paperwork (which we empathically share). We prototyped workflows and user-interfaces and discerned functions and features of the yet to be developed SaaS tool. What has been built in the sprints to come is a tool that enables organizations a uniform, repeatable, durable, compliance-grade documentation for all their cloud and AI use cases, along with a centrally accessible library of use cases and cloud services.
